This Work Authorisation is between Prana Biotechnology Limited of Level 2, 369 Royal Parade, Parkville, VIC 3052, Australia (hereinafter “Customer”) and INCResearch Australia Pty Limited ACN 080 425 387 & ABN 67 080 425 387, 124 Lipson Street, Port Adelaide 5015 SA (hereinafter “INC”) and relates to the Master Services Agreement dated 28th September 2011, (the “Master Agreement”). INTRODUCTION The Customer has requested and INC has agreed to provide the Services to the Customer. In consideration for the provision of the Services the Customer has agreed to pay INC the Services Fee. OPERATIVE CLAUSES PART 1 – PRELIMINARY 1.
