This Note may be exchanged in whole or in part in whole Units at the option of the Holder during any Business Day (as defined below) during any Exchange Notice Period by delivery of appropriate written notice from the Holder to the Trustee (in the form of Annex A attached hereto). An “Exchange Notice Period” means the period from and including the first calendar day of the month of September to and including 12 noon in The City of New York on the fifteenth calendar day during the month of June in the years 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
