INVESTMENT SUBADVISORY AGREEMENT, made as of the 30th day of June, 2005, (the “Effective Date”) by and among Thrivent Investment Management Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Adviser”), Thrivent Mutual Funds, a business trust organized and existing under the laws of the State of Massachusetts (“Trust”), and Westcap Investors LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Sub-adviser”).
