Wedge, whose address is One Huntington Avenue, Residence #501, Boston, Massachusetts 02116 (the “Executive”), and BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc., a Delaware corporation, whose principal office is One Mercer Road, Natick, Massachusetts 01760 (the “Company”).
