INVESTMENT SUBADVISORY AGREEMENT, made as of the 28th day of February, 2007, (the “Effective Date”) by and among Thrivent Asset Management, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Adviser”), Thrivent Mutual Funds, a business trust organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (“Trust”), Mercator Asset Management, L.P., a limited partnership organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Sub-adviser”).
