TCW Brokerage Services (“Distributor”) and (“Dealer”) have agreed that Dealer will participate in the distribution of shares (“Shares”) of all the series (as they may exist from time to time) comprising the TCW Funds, Inc. (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and any classes thereof for which Distributor now or in the future serves as nonexclusive distributor, subject to the terms of this Dealer Agreement (“Agreement”). Any such additional Funds will be included in this Agreement upon Distributor’s written notification to Dealer.
