THIS SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective this 1st day of April 2007, by and between Heritage Bank, (the “Bank”) and Edward Cameron (“Executive”). The Bank is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Heritage Financial Corporation (the “Company”).
