This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 1st day of April 2008, by and between MAXWELL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. a Delaware corporation, (“Company”) and George Kreigler, SVP of Maxwell Technologies (“Executive”). The parties agree with each other as follows:
