This Amended and Restated Transfer Agency and Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 7th day of November, 2008 and effective as of December 1, 2008, between Forward Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”) and ALPS Fund Services, Inc., a Colorado corporation having its principal office at 1290 Broadway, Suite 1100, Denver, Colorado 80203 (the “Transfer Agent”).
