THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (this “Second Amendment”), effective as of January 1, 2009, by and between FEDERAL REALTY INVESTMENT TRUST, a Maryland real estate investment trust (“Employer”), and DAWN M.
