iShares® Delaware Trust Sponsor LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), has sponsored the formation of a trust, known as “iShares® Diversified Alternatives Trust” (the “Trust”) pursuant to the laws of the State of Delaware. Barclays Global Investors, N.A. acts as trustee (the “Trustee”) of the Trust. The Trust is governed by the provisions of its certificate of trust and by the first amended and restated trust agreement entered into as of September 24, 2009 (the “Trust Agreement”) among the Trustee, the Sponsor and Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware banking corporation.
