This Letter Agreement relates to the Amended and Restated Administrative Agreement between Russell Investment Company (“RIC”) and Russell Fund Services Company (“RFSC”) dated January 1, 2008 (the “Administrative Agreement”). RIC advises you that it is creating a new fund to be named the Russell Commodity Strategies Fund (the “New Fund”) and that New Fund desires RFSC to provide administrative services to it pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Administrative Agreement. Section 6A of the Administrative Agreement is hereby amended to include the New Fund, each with an annual administrative fee of 0.05% of average daily net assets, payable as set forth in that Section.

This Letter Agreement relates to the Advisory Agreement between Russell Investment Company (“RIC”) and Russell Investment Management Company (“RIMCo”) dated January 1, 1999 (“Advisory Agreement”). RIC advises you that it is creating a new fund to be named the Russell Commodity Strategies Fund (the “New Fund”) and that New Fund desires RIMCo to provide advisory services to the Fund pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Advisory Agreement. Section 6A of the Advisory Agreement is hereby amended to include the New Fund, each with an annual advisory fee of 1.25% of average daily net assets, payable as set forth in that Section.

Pursuant to Section 18 of the Master Custodian Agreement between Russell Investment Company (“RIC”) and State Street Bank and Trust Company, dated August 25, 2009, RIC advises you that it is creating a new fund to be named the Russell Commodity Strategies Fund (the “New Fund”). RIC desires for State Street Bank and Trust Company to serve as Custodian with respect to the New Fund pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Master Custodian Agreement. The fees to be charged by the Custodian to the New Fund in return for its services are set forth in the current fee schedule to the Master Custodian Agreement.
