Pursuant to the terms of the Xerium Technologies, Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan effective for fiscal years 2010 through 2012 (the “2010-2012 LTIP”) and the Xerium Technologies, Inc. 2010 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), Xerium Technologies, Inc.
