FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, CONSTITUTION TRAIL, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“Borrower”), having an address in care of Dial Properties, Co, 11506 Nicholas Street, Suite 200, Omaha, Nebraska 68154, unconditionally promises to pay to the order, of M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, having an address of 11301 Nall Avenue, Leawood, Kansas 66211 (together with its successors and assigns called “Lender”) the principal sum of $1,600,000.00, together with interest upon the principal balance remaining outstanding from time to time as set forth below, in payments as set forth below. The indebtedness evidenced by this Promissory Note B (the “Note B”) is referred to herein as the “Loan B”.
