This Agreement and Plan of Reorganization (the “Agreement”) is made as of July 29, 2011 by Thrivent Mutual Funds (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, on behalf of its series, Thrivent Partner Worldwide Allocation Fund (the “Acquiring Fund”) and Thrivent Partner International Stock Fund (the “Target Fund”).
