All references in the Lease to the “Lease” shall include this Summary. All references in the Lease to any term defined in this Summary shall have the meaning set forth in this Summary for such term. Any initially capitalized terms used in this Summary and any initially capitalized terms in the Lease which are not otherwise defined in this Summary shall have the meaning given to such terms in the Lease.
