This SECOND AMENDMENT (“Second Amendment”), effective as of April 1, 2009, between Monster, Inc. (“Monster”) and iHispano.com (“iHispano”) amends the Alliance Agreement dated as of December 4, 2007 (the “Original Agreement”), as amended on April 18, 2008 (“(First) Amendment”), between Monster and iHispano (collectively, the Original Agreement together with the (First) Amendment, the “Alliance Agreement”). Knox Avenue, Suite 300, Chicago, Illinois 60641 (“iHispano”).
