the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be binding on any and all successors and assigns of the Company, whether by sale, transfer, merger, acquisition, consolidation or otherwise. The Company will require any purchaser, transferee, lessee, assignee, receiver or trustee of the operation covered by this Agreement to expressly accept, in writing, all terms and conditions of such Agreement.
