Thrivent Mutual Funds (“TMF”) and Thrivent Asset Management, LLC (“TAM”) hereby agree that, effective August 16, 2013, the Investment Advisory Agreement, dated January 1, 2006, between TMF and TAM will be amended to reflect that Thrivent Balanced Fund will be called Thrivent Balanced Income Plus Fund, Thrivent Core Bond Fund will be called Thrivent Opportunity Income Plus Fund, and Thrivent Equity Income Plus Fund will be called Thrivent Growth and Income Plus Fund. A revised Exhibit A is attached hereto.

Amendment No. 1 to INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT dated as of February 29, 2008, by and among Thrivent Asset Management, LLC, Thrivent Mutual Funds, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. (the “Agreement”) hereby amends the Agreement by (i) deleting Schedule I to the Agreement in its entirety and replacing it with Exhibit A to this Amendment, attached hereto and (ii) deleting the first sentence of Section IV of the Agreement and replacing it with the following:

Thrivent Asset Management, LLC (“TAM”) and Thrivent Mutual Funds (“TMF”) hereby agree that, effective August 16, 2013, Exhibit A to the Administrative Services Agreement, dated January 1, 2009, between TAM and TMF, shall be amended to reflect the name changes of some funds.
