This is an Agreement (“Agreement”) between you, Patrick Shay, for yourself and any spouse, beneficiaries, heirs and/or agents you may have (collectively, “you”) and ORBCOMM Inc. and any holding companies, divisions, subsidiaries and related entities, if any and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents, predecessors and successors (“ORBCOMM” or collectively, “the Company”). You and the Company shall be collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
