This SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), originally dated the 8th day of March, 2016, is amended and restated this 31st day of January, 2018, by and between Stone Ridge Trust IV (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, on behalf of its series, Stone Ridge Post-Event Reinsurance Fund (the “Fund”), and Stone Ridge Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Servicing Agent”).
