This SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), originally dated the 28th day of January, 2015, is amended and restated this 31st day of January, 2018, by and between Stone Ridge Trust III, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series, Stone Ridge All Asset Variance Risk Premium Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”), and Stone Ridge Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Servicing Agent”).
