The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (the “Bank”) proposes to issue the principal amount of its securities identified in Schedule I hereto (the “Securities”). The Securities are more fully described in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus (each as defined in Section 1(a)).
