THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of April 16, 2018, between PDR Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), SPDR S&P MIDCAP 400 ETF Trust, a unit investment trust organized under the laws of the State of New York (the “Trust”), and ALPS Distributors, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“ALPS”).
