THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 15th day of October, 2018, by and between STONE RIDGE TRUST III, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) on behalf of its series, STONE RIDGE ALL ASSET VARIANCE RISK PREMIUM FUND, (the “Fund”) and, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America (the “Custodian”).
