Thrivent Mutual Funds (“TMF”) and Thrivent Asset Management, LLC (“TAM”) hereby agree that, effective January 1, 2019, the Investment Advisory Agreement dated January 1, 2006, as amended, between TMF and TAM is hereby amended to reflect an amended fee schedules for each of Thrivent Diversified Income Plus Fund, Thrivent Large Cap Growth Fund, and Thrivent Partner Emerging Markets Equity Fund. A revised Exhibit A is attached hereto.
