Thrivent Mutual Funds (“TMF”) and Thrivent Asset Management, LLC (“TAM”) hereby agree that, effective April 30, 2019, the Investment Advisory Agreement dated January 1, 2006, as amended, between TMF and TAM is hereby amended to reflect the following changes: (i) Thrivent Large Cap Stock Fund is hereby changed to Thrivent Global Stock Fund; and (ii) Thrivent Partner Worldwide Allocation Fund is hereby changed to Thrivent International Allocation Fund and its fee schedule is amended. A revised Exhibit A is attached hereto.
