This Agreement, originally made and entered into as of May 22, 2014, and as amended and restated on August 21, 2014, November 20, 2014, May 14, 2015, November 20, 2015, April 1, 2016, June 30, 2016, December 22, 2016, April 1, 2017, March 1, 2018, December 11, 2018, March 1, 2019, and June 26, 2019, and July 11, 2019 by DoubleLine Capital LP and DoubleLine Alternatives LP (formerly, DoubleLine Commodity LP), each a Delaware limited partnership, and accepted and agreed to by DoubleLine Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, on behalf of each DFT Fund (as defined below) is hereby amended and restated as of the date set forth above.
