SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of March 6, 2020, among Gogo Air International GmbH, a Swiss Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung having its seat in Zug (the “Guaranteeing Subsidiary”), a subsidiary of Gogo Inc. This Amendment No. 7 to Unified In-Flight Connectivity Hardware, Services and Maintenance Agreement (this “Amendment”), is made effective on December 27, 2019 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), by and between AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC. This Amendment Six (this “Amendment”) to the Unified In-Flight Connectivity Hardware, Services and Maintenance Agreement, dated as of February 1, 2017, as previously amended (as so amended, the “Original Agreement”), by and between American Airlines, Inc.
