This Unified In-Flight Connectivity Hardware, Services and Maintenance Agreement (together with the Exhibits and the Appendix hereto, this “Agreement”) is made effective as of February 1, 2017, (the “Effective Date”), between American Airlines, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 4333 Amon Carter Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76155 (“American”), and Gogo LLC (f/k/a Aircell LLC), a Delaware limited liability company with offices located at 111 N.
