This AMENDED AND RESTATED ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of July 1, 2008, amended and restated as of November 1, 2009, and further amended and restated as of August 1, 2014, November 9, 2015 and February 1, 2017, by and between each Trust listed on Appendix A annexed hereto (each, a “Trust”), each a Delaware statutory trust, and Amundi Asset Management US, Inc.
