This Mutual Funds Account Administration Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of January 10, 2008, by and between UBS Global Asset Management (US) Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“We” or “Us”) and Union Bank of California, N.A., a national banking association (“You”). This amendment, which shall be effective as of October 14, 2016 (the “Amendment”), amends the Mutual Funds Account Administration Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated January 10, 2008, as may be amended from time to time, between MUFG Union Bank, N.A. (formerly, Union Bank of California, N.A.) (“Financial Intermediary”) and UBS Asset Management (US) Inc. (formerly, UBS Global Asset Management (US) Inc.) (the “Distributor”), a registered broker-dealer that serves as the principal underwriter to UBS Money Series, an open-end management investment company that includes as separate portfolios the money market funds (“MMFs”) identified on the amended Schedule A (“Schedule A”) and Schedule B (“Schedule B”) of the Agreement attached hereto.
