Thrivent Mutual Funds (“TMF”) and Thrivent Asset Management, LLC (“TAM”) hereby agree that, effective January 1, 2022, the Investment Advisory Agreement dated January 1, 2006, as amended, between TMF and TAM (the “Agreement”) is hereby amended to reflect an amended fee schedule for each of Thrivent Diversified Income Plus Fund, Thrivent Large Cap Growth Fund and Thrivent Money Market Fund. A revised Exhibit A is attached hereto.

Thrivent Mutual Funds (“TMF”) and Thrivent Financial Investor Services Inc. (“TFISI”) hereby agree that, with respect to the AMENDED AND RESTATED TRANSFER AGENCY AND SERVICE AGREEMENT, dated as of January 1, 2018, as amended, by and between TMF and TFISI (the “Agreement”), effective February 1, 2022, the Agreement is amended as follows:
