This Operating Expenses Limitation Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of August 1, 2022 is entered into by and between Litman Gregory Funds Trust (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, on behalf of the IMGP Equity Fund, a series of the Trust (the “Fund”), and the investment advisor to the Fund, IM Global Partner Fund Management LLC, a California limited liability company (the “Advisor”).
