Sentinel Financial Services Company ("Sentinel Financial") is the principal underwriter and distributor of the shares of common stock of each of the funds in Sentinel Group Funds, Inc. and the shares of beneficial interest of the Sentinel Pennsylvania Tax-Free Trust (the "Funds").
