THIS COMMON STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 4, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GERON CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 230 Constitution Drive, Menlo Park, California 94025 (“Geron”), and MPI Research, Inc., a Michigan corporation having its principal place of business at 54943 North Main Street, Mattawan, MI 49071 (“MPI”).
