The undersigned subscriber (the “Subscriber”) understands that Parkview Capital Credit, Inc., is a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) that has filed a registration statement on Form 10 (the “Registration Statement”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) to register its authorized shares of common stock under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) and, on a date following the date the SEC declares the Registration Statement effective, intends to elect to be regulated as a business development company (“BDC”) under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “Investment Company Act”).
