THIS CUSTODY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of December 1, 2015 by and between PARKVIEW CAPITAL CREDIT, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of Maryland, having its principal place of business at Two Post Oak Center, 1980 Post Oak Boulevard, 15th Floor, Houston, Texas 77056 (the “Fund”), and MILLENNIUM TRUST COMPANY, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, having its principal place of business at 2001 Spring Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523 (the “Custodian”).
