THIS LOAN AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 9th day of March, 2017, by and between EZTD Inc. (formerly known as Win. Global Markets Inc.) a Delaware corporation (the “Company” Or the “Borrower”), and Finandrea S.P.A. (the “Lender”), (each of Borrower and Lender shall also be referred to herein as a “Party”, and collectively, the “Parties”).
