This WARRANT HOLDER SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 9, 2020, is made and entered into by and between Kepos Alpha Master Fund L.P., a Cayman Islands LP (together with its successors, the “Holder”), and Legacy Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Legacy”).
