This WARRANT HOLDER SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 9, 2020, is made and entered into by and between Alyeska Investment Group LP, a Delaware limited partnership (together with its successors, the “Holder”), and Legacy Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Legacy”).
