Reference is made to the Managing Broker Dealer Agreement, dated March 13, 2020, (the “MBD Agreement”), by and between Sequence Financial Specialists LLC (“SFS”) and Legion Capital Corporation (the “Company”). All capitalized terms used in this Amendment No. 1 to the MBD Agreement (this “Amendment”) and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the MBD Agreement.
