This EXCHANGE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 9, 2019, is by and among The Radiant Creations Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Parent”), New You, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the “Company”), and the members of the Company (each a “Member” and collectively the “Members”).
