This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of February 1, 2022 to be effective as of February 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), between New York Mortgage Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Kristine R. Nario-Eng (the “Executive”). The Executive and the Company are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
