This SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on the 28th day of February 2008, by and between ERIE INDEMNITY COMPANY, a Pennsylvania corporation with its principal place of business in Erie, Pennsylvania (the “Company”), and THOMAS B. MORGAN, residing in Erie, Pennsylvania (the “Executive”).
