THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is executed and effective as of April 8, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between NNN VF TIFFANY SQUARE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”), and TIFFANY SQUARE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, its successors and assigns (“Purchaser”).
