THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of July 28, 2017 (this “Agreement”) is entered into among HOULIHAN LOKEY, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Guarantors party hereto, and Bank of America, N.A., as Lender (the “Lender”).
