Employment Agreement: Reference is made to the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement, dated as of October 31, 2017, by and between the Company and Executive (the “Employment Agreement”), which is being amended by this Amendment to Executive Employment Agreement (this “Amendment”). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Employment Agreement.
