This Investment Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 1st day of October, 2018, by and between Emerald Mutual Fund Advisers Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Adviser”), and Financial Investors Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), regarding the Funds listed in Appendix A (each individually a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”).
