INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made as of October 4, 2021 between COLLABORATIVE INVESTMENT SERIES TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and Retireful, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the Michigan (the “Adviser”) located at 16932 Willowbrook Dr Haslett, MI 48840.

THIS SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of October 4, 2021, by and between Retireful, LLC (the “Adviser”), a Michigan limited liability company and registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”), and Tuttle Capital Management, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser” and together with the Adviser the “Parties”), a Delaware limited liability company and also registered under the Advisers Act, with respect to Mohr Growth ETF, Mindful Conservative ETF, and Adaptive Core ETF (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), each a series of the Collaborative Investment Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”).

This AMENDMENT No.8 (“Amendment”) is made as of August 30, 2021, by and among Collaborative Investment Series Trust (“Client”) and Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank”), and Citi Fund Services Ohio, Inc. (“CFSO”, together with Citibank, the “Service Provider” and, with the Client, the “Parties”), to that certain Services Agreement dated March 11, 2019, between the Client and Service Provider (“Agreement”). All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.
